There's a way into your dream podcast, through their guests.

Every podcast sits in a network of guests and hosts who appear on each other's podcasts. No Equal is podcast PR for consultants: we map that network in your niche and find the smaller podcasts to pitch first. Each one you land puts you closer to the host you actually want.

That path is sitting in public data nobody has mapped. We find the best route through it to your dream podcast. Then we write what you say on each one, so hosts want you back and listeners remember you.

What is your podcasting strategy right now?

An hour with a host your buyers already trust can do what no ad can.

The hard part is getting on the podcasts your buyers actually listen to, and giving the host a reason to want you there.

The biggest podcasts in your industry are buried in pitches from guests who want their audience. So you go on the podcast that says yes. A few people listen, your business doesn't change, and it was an hour that felt productive and wasn't. That podcast sits on its own, connected to nothing. The next one will too.

  • Three weeks laterYour sales calls sound exactly like they did before.
  • Three weeks laterYou are still relying on cold outreach to get anyone to take a meeting.
  • Three weeks laterYou say yes to another podcast, barely connected to your niche, hoping this one will be different.

Nobody decided which podcast came next, or what you would say on it. Nobody mapped the network of podcasts in your niche. Nobody picked the one perspective shift that listener needed to leave with: the idea they trace back to you and keep turning over for weeks.

Bookings are easy to count, which is why agencies sell them by the number. Which podcast, in what order, and whether anyone who heard you thinks differently afterwards are hard to count. So agencies skip the part that matters and measure only whether they got you on a podcast.

Your podcasting strategy in three steps

  1. Step 1

    Map your niche's network

Every guest appearance is a real, dated relationship. We read the back catalogue of the podcasts in your niche, work out who has been on them, and find which hosts appear on each other's podcasts. That gives us a route from you to each host, scored on how warm each link is. We see who you're already connected to and how big your audience is today, so we know which podcasts are realistic now. Each appearance moves you one link closer to the biggest podcasts in your niche.

The software that maps the routes is ours. It's why we can show you a path to a host instead of a list of podcasts, and why we'll tell you before you pay us whether a route to the podcasts you want exists at all.

  2. Step 2

    Create a perspective shift

What does a prospect believe before the first call that you have to talk them out of?

That answer is where the work starts. We take what your prospects say when they don't buy, what they search for, and what they argue about in public, and find the one shift in perspective that turns a casual listener into a buyer who already agrees with you. Then we write it as a single sentence you can carry onto any podcast. It confirms most of what they already think, which is what makes you credible, and changes the one thing standing between them and hiring you. You approve it before anything else happens.

You already know what this sounds like. Some of the best-known voices on podcasts each have one line that shifted how their listeners think. None of them are clients. They're examples of a perspective that stuck.

"Follow your talent, not your passion."

    Scott GallowayFlips follow your passion

"Make them an offer so good they feel stupid saying no."

    Alex HormoziFlips sell harder

"You don't rise to the level of your goals. You fall to the level of your systems."

    James ClearFlips set bigger goals

"Seek wealth, not money or status."

    Naval RavikantFlips chase money
  3. Step 3

    Did it work?

Every episode gets scored against the perspective shift, with a timestamp you can check in under a minute. Did you say it? Did a story carry it? Did the host repeat it back in their own words, which is the moment it stops being your claim and becomes theirs? Two to three weeks after it airs we read the comments and count how many people repeat the idea rather than praise the episode.

The old way and the new way

The old wayThe new way
How you get in front of prospectsBuy the impressions, or pitch strangers and hope.Borrow an audience from someone who has already built their brand, through a warm introduction.
What it costs over timeMore every year. Stops the day the spend does.Gets cheaper with every appearance, because each one makes the next easier to get.
What you can measureImpressions, reach, "brand awareness."Whether you said the perspective shift, if the host repeated it, and if listeners responded to it.
What you own afterwardsNothing. The audience was rented.A network that grows with every appearance.

We'll map your route before the call.

Your niche's network, and the warmest route from you to the podcast you want, ready when you arrive.

On the call we go through it together: who in your network matters more than you think, which podcast is realistic this month, and the one question that tells us whether we can help you at all.

You leave with your map and a first move you can make this week, whether or not we ever speak again.

If we can help, we'll write your perspective shift and start outreach on your behalf. After every appearance we score the episode, so you are never just appearing on podcasts to appear on podcasts.

If we're not a good fit, you take your map and go on your way.

Book your map review → Bring the podcast you want to be on, or just your niche. We'll map your path there.

Six qualified podcasts recorded in ninety days, or we keep working at no charge until we get there.

Six podcasts your buyers actually listen to, from a list you approve before we start, reached through someone who has already been on them.

Twenty is easy if you don't care who's listening. Every podcast on your list has to be one your buyers listen to, and we have to be able to get in warm. That cuts the list down hard, and that's the point.

  • Any episode that does not carry your perspective shift gets replaced.
  • Never a podcast that charges guests.
  • Never a podcast your buyers do not listen to.

About

Why No Equal?

I'm Zach Suter, the owner and operator of No Equal.

I started my career in Hollywood, a town where who you know matters more than what you know. Within a couple of years I moved from low budget films to international commercials, Emmy-nominated television, and comedy specials for some of the biggest comedians in the world. That's where I learned the thing this whole business is built on: the best way to meet someone is through someone who already knows them.

After Covid I moved into sales and marketing, where I helped bring in over $10 million in deal flow. I kept coming back to the question of how to put a message in front of the right people without paying for every single impression. That's why I built the software that maps the routes between you and the audiences you want to reach. When you ask why a route is ranked the way it is, you're asking the person who built it.

Here's what I can show you. One podcast channel grew about 2.5 times in views after I took over its production and distribution. My Meta campaigns have averaged a 3.2x return on ad spend. That's nearly a decade of buying attention and knowing exactly what it costs. I'm building No Equal because earned attention compounds, and bought attention stops the day the spend does.

That's why No Equal is taking three founding clients. You work with me directly on every map, every pitch, and every perspective shift. In exchange, your campaign becomes one of our first published case studies: the scorecard, the podcasts, and your name on it.

Zach Suter, founder of No Equal

Is this for you?

This is best for

  • You already close well once the right person is on the call.
  • Your engagements are large enough that one client pays for a three month commitment.
  • You have watched ad costs climb and would rather build an audience than keep buying one.

This is not for you

  • Your buyers arrive with a spec and a shortlist and compare on price.
  • You want the booking count and don't care if they are qualified.
  • Nobody internally can approve a perspective shift and stick to it.

What happens after the call?

If there's a route, we tell you. Then, if you choose to move forward with us, we start building the perspective shift we want to land on each podcast, and a list of the producers and podcasts to start reaching out to.

What does it cost?

It depends on your niche. We quote on the call, after you've seen your map, so you know exactly what you'd be paying for before we talk numbers.

How is this different from a booking agency?

They sell you bookings. The number of podcast appearances goes up and nothing else changes, because nobody decided what you were going to say, and nobody mapped how it would get you in front of bigger and bigger podcasts. We care about the bookings too. We care more about choosing the right podcasts and the right message than about getting you on any podcast that says yes.

Why only six?

Agencies that promise twenty are counting any podcast that says yes. We count only the ones your buyers actually listen to, reached through someone who has already been on them, and that cuts the list down hard. Six that pass is the floor, and the floor is what we guarantee.

What do I actually have to do?

Approve the perspective shift, show up to the recordings, and forward anything that comes in. Around nine to twelve hours across three months.

How long before anything happens?

First bookings usually land between weeks five and eight. The first episode airs somewhere around weeks nine to twelve. Of the six, expect one to three to have aired by day ninety. That's a campaign going well, and we would rather you heard it now than at week six.

What if there is no route to the podcasts I want?

Then we tell you on the call, before you pay us anything.

Where will you be in ninety days?

Still paying for leads as the cost of ads goes up. Still cold emailing as the filters get better at catching it. Or recorded on six podcasts your buyers actually listen to.
